The hospitals in Hurghada operate on different opening hours but all provide a 24 hour emergency service. At most locations you will find at least somebody that speaks relative good english and at some also other languages like german, french, russian or italian. Unfortunately there is no point in telling you which ones since the foreign staff changes fairly regularly.

 If you have insurance in your homecountry, make sure you bring the details. Much easier will it be if you pay cash on site and get re-imbursed from your insurance company when you are back home. But try anyway....

If you are a foreigner living in Hurghada, make sure you tell them before hand since you may be eligable for resident's rates. Otherwise the hospitals will charge you the same rates as tourists.

Please remember, that as a foreigner you will get a bill in US Dollars or Euros. It is not legal to ask foreigners to pay in foreign currency, but there you are. Nobody, not even the Egyptians, wants the Egyptian money (and who can blame them).
