New low-cost flights to Egypt are set to help the overseas property market soar to even greater heights

Hello friends,

Starting from the end of March, budget carrier easyJet is offering flights to Hurghada from £109.99 one way, including taxes.

Property close to airports offering budget flights can increase in price by up to 39%, studies show. This is on top of the projected capital growth of up to 30% a year and 10% projected rental yield. In addition, there is no capital gains tax to pay.

Lotus Breeze features studio to two-bedroom homes from £20,100, plus commercial units which has just become available. The development is just 150metres away from the main promenade. Down payments start at just £1,000.

To find out about competitive mortgages, phone the New Skys Mortgage Hotline on 0845 094 1240.

The apartments in the European-style development come complete with terraces offering views of the Red Sea, mountains, swimming pool or tropical gardens. Among sports and leisure facilities are two swimming pools; a gym and a top-floor terrace with bars and restaurants.

The secure, gated development is in the sought-after Intercontinental area of the popular Red Sea Riviera resort. The international airport is within easy reach.

The flights to Hurghada can be booked from 30 March-30 September 2008 flying from Gatwick. The move follows easyJet’s planned take-over of GB Airways.

Tucked into the lower end of the Gulf of Suez, Hurghada is one of Egypt’s liveliest and busiest resorts. It features an extensive selection of bars, restaurants and nightclubs as well as shops and upmarket boutiques.

The area is a world-class diving destination and is renowned for its extraordinary and unique reefs. Underwater visibility is more than 30 metres in the clear waters. Day trips or safaris to explore the Red Sea Mountains by camel or Jeep are available.

Y'all have a great day now...
